2. Services, Quotes & Diagnostic Fee

• We provide in-home diagnosis and repair of major household appliances.
• After diagnosis, we provide a flat-rate quote before repair work begins. No repair proceeds without your approval.
• A diagnostic fee applies to each service visit and is credited toward the repair if you approve the quoted work.
• Online booking requests are requests only — appointments are confirmed by our dispatcher by phone or text.

3. Warranty

Completed repairs are backed by a written parts-and-labor warranty, the terms of which are provided with your invoice. The warranty covers the repaired fault; it does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or pre-existing conditions in other components.

4. Payment & Cancellations

• Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., property-management accounts).
• You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with reasonable notice before the scheduled window.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

The Appliance Guys offers service-related text messaging (appointment confirmations, arrival windows, technician updates, quotes, and follow-ups). By submitting your phone number through our forms or providing it by phone, you consent to receive these messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

• Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Repair timelines (including same-day availability) depend on scheduling capacity and parts availability and are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Appliance Guys's total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
